Cleaning

Discount for longer stays: Three to six months - $3,400 per month
Seven to twelve months - $3,300 per month
$500 returnable security/damage deposit required upon reservation. This is separate from the rental rate and will be returned within 14 days of departure provided there is no damage to the property.
Full payment required within 30 days of arrival, or in the case that reservation is made within less than 30 days of arrival, upon reservation.
The cleaning fee is waived on stays 5 days or more.
